Hometown Heroes

In the space provided in the form below, please tell us why the person you have nominated is a hero. Be sure to include any news clips, police reports, or names of witnesses who can be called to verify the heroic act. Award decisions will be based largely upon the information you provide, so please be as detailed as possible.

Heroic event must be ongoing or have occurred between January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Nomination forms must be received by January 3, 2008 to be considered. Hero nominees must live or work in one of the following areas: Batavia, Campton, Elburn, Geneva, Kaneville, LaFox, Lily Lake, Maple Park, Mooseheart, North Aurora, St. Charles, Troxel, Valley View, Virgil, Wasco, Wayne. Nomination forms will be reviewed by corporate sponsors who have adopted that specific category.
